Currency: All rates are in U.S. Dollars

Minimum stay: 5 days

Max guests: 8 (in 4 queen beds). Children over 3 count toward this limit.

Extra guests: Up to 2 additional guests can stay on cots for a fee.

Seasonal rates: If your stay spans multiple seasons, rates for each season will apply.
Booking & Payment:

Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your dates

Payment window: If paying by check or bank transfer, payment must be received within 7 days of booking

Balance due: Full payment required 180 days before check-in (or immediately for bookings made within 180 days)

Fees: Any payment or bank transfer fees are the renter’s responsibility

Security deposit: $700 refundable deposit, returned after departure if the property is left in good condition
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair to both guests and the property.
Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates.

This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

All payment processing or bank transfer fees are the renter’s responsibility.
Refund of Remaining Balance
Short-Term Stays (1–3 weeks):

120+ days before check-in: Full refund of the remaining balance, minus the 50% deposit

90–119 days before check-in: 50% refund of the remaining balance. Security deposit fully refunded

Less than 90 days before check-in: No refund of rent. Security deposit fully refunded
Long-Term Stays (4+ weeks):

120+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the remaining balance. Security deposit fully refunded

Less than 120 days before check-in: One month’s rent is non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Security deposit fully refunded
Security Deposit

Refundable $700 security deposit will be returned after departure, provided the property is left in good order and no damage occurs.
Owner Cancellation

If we must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including rent, fees, and security deposit.
