RATE INFORMATION

All rates are in U.S. Dollars.

Minimum rental period is five (5) days.

We can accommodate a maximum of eight (8) persons on four queen sized beds. Supplemental charges will apply for each additional guest, above the eight quoted.

Children over the age of 3 will be considered as part of the guest maximum eight (8) that is allowed.

We can accommodate a maximum of two (2) additional persons on cots, for an additional charge.

If week requested extends into the following season, the nightly rates for each season will be calculated accordingly.

A 50% deposit must be made to secure booking. If paying by check or bank transfer, payment must be received within seven (7) days of making your reservation to secure the booking.

All fees associated with the payments (transfer, bank fees, etc.) must be paid by renter.

Remaining balance is due in full at least 180 days preceding check-in date. If booking is made within 180 days of check-in, the total amount must be paid in full.

A refundable security/damage deposit in the amount of five hundred dollars ($700) is required. The security/damage deposit will be fully refunded following your departure, provided all terms & conditions were followed and the residence was left in good order and no damages occurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Either party can terminate or cancel this agreement at any time. Tenant cancellations must be made a minimum of 180 days prior to check-in date to receive a full refund, less any/all charges associated with the payment. Tenant cancellation 30-180 days prior to check-in date will receive 50% refund, less any/all charges associated with the payment, and a full refund of the security deposit. Tenant cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in will be charged one (1) full week's rent and will be refunded the balance less any/all charges associated with the payment. If the owner cancels for any reason, 100% of the rent, security deposit, and fees incurred by the tenant will be reimbursed.
