RATE INFORMATION

All rates are in U.S. Dollars.

Minimum rental period is five (5) days.

Supplemental charges will apply for each additional guest, above the maximum quoted.

We can accommodate a maximum of eight (8) persons on the four queen sized beds.

Children over the age of 10 will be considered as part of the guest maximum (8) that is allowed.

We can accommodate a maximum of two (2) children under the age of 10 with no additional charge, in addition to the 8 adult maximum.

If week requested extends into the following season, the nightly rates for each season will be calculated accordingly.

A 50% deposit must be made to secure booking. If paying by check or bank transfer, payment must be received within seven (7) days of you making your reservation to secure the booking.

All fees associated with the payments must be paid by renter.

Remaining balance is due in full at least 90 days preceding check-in date.

A refundable security/damage deposit in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500). The security/damage deposit will be fully refunded following your departure, provided all terms & conditions were followed and the residence was left in good order and no damages occurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Either party can terminate or cancel this agreement at any time. Tenant cancellations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to check-in date to receive a full refund, less any/all charges associated with the payment. Tenant cancellation 30-89 days prior to check-in date will receive 80% refund, less any/all charges associated with the payment, and a full refund of the security deposit. Tenant cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in will be charged one (1) full week's rent and will be refunded the balance less any/all charges associated with the payment. If the owner cancels for any reason, 100% of the rent, security deposit, and fees incurred by the tenant will be reimbursed.
